Relaxation Massage

For the busy individual who requires a quick-fix for stress relief.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage provides a healing treatment that can be gentle or strong, deep or shallow. It treats the whole body and traces the discomfort back to the original cause, healing both the cause of the disorder, as well as the symptoms.

Indian Head Massage

This massage is great for relieving the stress and tension in our everyday lives. This technique uses special oils and controlled movements, and has a strong effect on the mind, body, and spirit.

Aromatherapy Massage

A full body massage in which our massage therapist uses a blend of carefully selected essential oils. Designed specifically to help you relax.

Hot Stone Massage

A specialty massage in which your therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands as they massage your body. The heat works well for warming up and loosening tight muscles and is especially relaxing.

Prenatal Massage

A healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, including: backaches, swelling, stiff neck, and headaches. Also encourages blood circulation and helps to relax nervous tension.

Infant Massage

Helps ease your baby's tummy troubles and teething pains, boost their muscle development, calm them when they're fussy, and soothe them to sleep.

A form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm-healing or hands-on-healing to trigger the body's natural healing abilities and to improve and maintain health.

Cupping Massage

Cupping is a tradtional chinese medicine technique to help stimulate blood flow. Part of the treatment involves some bruising, so you will see some redness from the cups. The redness is from the cups pulling blood to the surface. The brusining is not painful, its actually quite relaxing similar to a deep tissue massage. Our RMT Carol is certified to perform cupping therapy. Interested in cupping? Book your appointment today!
